Evaluation of the effects of mobile phone electromagnetic radiation on some physiological parameters and histological structure in some laboratory male mice organs

Recently, the researcher has shown great interest in Electromagnetic radiation released from different devices such as TV, microwaves, medical apparatus, and satellites because of its effect on animals' growth health. Exposure to "EMR" mobiles phone can cause adverse effects cell functions. This study aimed evaluate these radiations histological some blood parameters. The present used 20 mice divided into two groups, first one contains five animals control, second experiment group 15 animals. EMR exposed mobile for 12 h\day month. Histological examination lungs, hearts spleen showed a dramatic organs, necrosis, congestion, infiltrations, edema, splitting muscle bundles degenerations. shows that phones contributes changes various visceral organs. Blood parameters significant increase platelets, bleeding clotting time compared control group. (Electromagnetic Radiation) histology related free radicals, increased lipid peroxidation membrane, change electrolyte concentration. An also affect rise body temperature, ions stimulations stem divisions. Keywords: electromagnetic radiations, mice, physiology, histology, phone.
